HOT  YOGA - Get ready to sweat it out with our Hot Yoga classes! Our studio is heated between 95-103 degrees to increase your core temperature to improve flexibility, build strength and stamina... even improve your skin quality! Plus, you'll burn more calories and eliminate toxins through sweat. Don't forget to bring your own mat, sweat towels, and water to stay hydrated. Our studio teaches a Bikrim inspired Hot Yoga class, we will be holding poses to build strength, but we'll take you through vinyasa flows for additional movement and active recovery. 

COREYOGA - Get ready to feel refreshed, confident, and stretched out with COREYOGA! Our dynamic vinyasa-inspired yoga class is perfect for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Not only will you improve your flexibility, but you'll also gain core strength, better posture, body awareness, balance, coordination, and mental health benefits. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and we'll provide the rest. (Mats can be rented for $3)

CORE YOGA SCULPT - Get ready to experience the ultimate hybrid workout with CORE YOGA SCULPT - the perfect blend of yoga and fitness! This class is a CF+Y favorite, and for good reason. You'll enjoy intervals of power style yoga flows and functional strength/conditioning sets that will leave you feeling energized and strong. This class is done on a yoga mat without shoes and is designed to meet the needs of a variety of members. It's where your muscles meet the mat! 

RESTORATIVE YOGA - Get ready to relax, unwind and stretch your body. This is the practice of asanas each held for longer periods of time than in our other yoga classes. We use props like yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets to relax the body, reduce stress and anxiety as well as increase flexibility. Because of these long holds we can affect the body's connective tissue: fascia, tendons, ligaments as well as muscle tissue. This is a great class to bring balance to your body, mind and spirit. This class is perfect for those who have difficulty getting up and down off the floor. It's the one hour that makes the other 23 even better.

CORE360 - Get ready to experience the ultimate workout with CORE360 - this is a signature class by CF+Y! It is designed to target your CORE muscles, including hips, torso, and shoulders, using pilates and toning inspired moves. With the use of resistance bands, TRX, stability balls, and light weights, you'll get a comprehensive workout that will tone your body & strengthen your CORE! 

CORE SCULPT - Looking for a fitness class that will help you strengthen, tone, and condition your body? Look no further than CORE SCULPT! Our 60-minute workout is designed to give you a full-body experience that will leave you feeling exhilarated. With our self-paced approach and personalized coaching style, we help you modify the workout to fit your needs. We've got all the equipment you need, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, fluid power machines, water rowers, bikes, battle ropes, TRX, and medicine balls. This is a lower intensity lifting style class.

COREHIIT(30) & (60) Get ready to transform your body and mind with COREHIIT(30) or COREHIIT (60)! Our high intensity interval training class is perfect to get in shape and feel amazing in just 30 minutes. With a mix of short intervals and recovery, you'll improve your strength, lean body mass, cardiovascular fitness and mental focus. Our expert coaches will guide you through the workout at your own pace, making it perfect for all levels, but show up ready to work hard and sweat!
